@ern ;hey there. I'm so glad that you are getting some insight from that book. I remember feeling so hopeful when I read that , and thus, I started a really big journey toward my healing. So easy to let others and perhaps their addictions steal from us, but we don't have to continue to let that happen. We deserve to feel worthy in and of ourselves, and live a happy life despite what anyone else is doing.
