Just finished getting a whole body massage as an alternative treatment

So my doctor says I should try to manage my panic and anxiety attacks with other means to complement the medications, or to completely remove them from my treatment. Well, I thought about it, and considered getting a full body massage to relieve some of the physical stress off my body. I think it's doing great so far. 2 hours after I was done and I haven't had any anxiety or panic attacks. I think if you are considering other alternatives, maybe you should try it and see if it's for you. Anyway, good luck, guys!

  • I think that's a great idea. Often times we feel stressed but we don't know where it's coming from and sometimes that comes from a physical source but we just never notice since we're so used to being so tense all the time. Only when you get this type of relaxation do you realize how much stress you were really carrying.
