Just finished getting a whole body massage as an alternative treatment
So my doctor says I should try to manage my panic and anxiety attacks with other means to complement the medications, or to completely remove them from my treatment. Well, I thought about it, and considered getting a full body massage to relieve some of the physical stress off my body. I think it's doing great so far. 2 hours after I was done and I haven't had any anxiety or panic attacks. I think if you are considering other alternatives, maybe you should try it and see if it's for you. Anyway, good luck, guys!-
