What should i do to restrain from Porn & Masturbation Addiction?
Hello There,I was never like this before, NEVER! but its just that something happened in my personal life and i got attached to porn.. For me, in the beginning, it was an easy way out. I thought of it as the "BEST THING THAT COULD EVER HAPPEN TO ME". The time passed by and i started to loose interest in my Work, Family, Friend and everything that i used to do Excitedly..
Its been 3 years now and i am still an addict. I tried to run away from it every single day! but nothing worked.. The max i could go without masturbation was like 25 days.. Usually i do it after every one day. But i know i cant focus in my work and other stuff due to this.. Whenever i am alone and have my mobile phone with me all i can think of is lets open this website one last time and get this over with and i wont do it again and blah blah..
How can i make this habit go far far away from me.. I cant even talk to my friends about this. May be i am to shy to talk to them about this or should i say that i am embarrassed about this habit of mine..
How can i make this filthy habit go away from me.. Please help!-

How Our Helpline Works
For those seeking addiction treatment for themselves or a loved one, the Recovery.org helpline is a private and convenient solution.
Calls to any general helpline (non-facility specific 1-8XX numbers) for your visit will be answered by American Addiction Centers (AAC).
We are standing by 24/7 to discuss your treatment options. Our representatives work solely for AAC and will discuss whether an AAC facility may be an option for you.
Our helpline is offered at no cost to you and with no obligation to enter into treatment. Neither Recovery.org nor AAC receives any commission or other fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a visitor may ultimately choose.
For more information on AAC’s commitment to ethical marketing and treatment practices, or to learn more about how to select a treatment provider, visit our About AAC page.
If you wish to explore additional treatment options or connect with a specific rehab center, visit our homepage to browse our directory listings, or SAMHSA’s treatment services locator.
