Time to Move On!

I have just started training for my second 10K. I haven't actually run for a year almost. My last run was in April before my body fell apart. Now, I'm attempting to get it all back together after surgeries and illness. 

I have gathered friends and family to help me through this. Hubs and I are going out at 4am to beat the traffic.

Starting from scratch is hard but worth it! It doesn't have to be running for you. Find something that you love and give it your heart!
