Guided meditation

Hey everyone. Came across this guided meditation for anxiety and find it works well for me to help calm myself.

Taking time every day- even if it's just 10 minutes- to calm your mind...relax fully...can help with anxiety... as we know, much of our anxiety comes from our thoughts...so, learning to train the mind..and become more of an observer of thoughts...can decrease anxiety.

i've committed to meditating more this year.. more consistently...i set a timer to help me know how long...and just to follow through. sometimes i use guided meditations and sometimes just silence.
