A Healthy Diet Can Help Treat Anxiety

I am a believer our diet has an effect on us in all areas of our lives including our mental health.  What we eat affects us and how we are feeling influences what we eat! A poor diet can actually affect our brains chemistry.

Good nutrition can help improve anxiety

Eat frequent small meals.
Increase healthy carbohydrates
Drink plenty of water.
Limit or avoid caffeine.
Watch food sensitivities
Eat some foods that contain tryptophan.
