@Newbegings... If you feel like you need treatment, I recommend checking out the Treatment Locator tool on the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration website. Here's the link:

If you put your zip code in, it will show you all the treatment facilities in your area. It also gives information in each one, including which ones offer low-cost, no-cost, or sliding-scale fees for people who don't have insurance.

You had 9 months of clean time under your belt, so you know you can do it again. Maybe all you need is a little help. Remember: You don't have to do this alone.

@Newbegings hello and welcome.  thank you for sharing.  i am sure you want to be done with feeling so miserable. 

i agree with dean that treatment is a great option... not sure if you did any recovery work while in jail, but recovery is an ongoing process.

don't hesitate to reach out for help in your community...NA group...etc.
